How can I toggle the activation of the audio effects from left to right & opposite?

deck left effect active on ? deck right effect active on ? nothing : deck left effect active off & deck right effect active on : deck right effect active on ? deck right effect active off & deck left effect active on : deck default effect active
If both are active it will do nothing, it will swap the effect if either one of them is active or if none are active it will activate the selected deck
if you want it to do something different when both are active just change the red nothing
