I have no way to get the rmx to load I have loaded and unloaded this for hours.. its really driving me nuts any advice ?

Try going to the computer's BIOS and disabling the xHCI function for the USB ports. It has allowed a few users to install their consoles.

huge issue.. Ok , the Laptop comes loaded with windows 8.1 so I cant down grade it.. I also cant roll back to windows 7 as the leap pad has a finger scanner that opens it and only works in windows 8 or better. The down load from Hercules has a auto update that is missing there update file in there server. I have been on this for almost 12 hours now.. I had max helping me and I followed his instruction and It locked me out some how and had to restart everything. I have had this laptop one day and its already a issue.
