I downloaded the NS7 II skin and I have no audio out of the right deck. Please help, thx.

There is no skin for the NS7 II, if not mistaken. I suppose you mean the mapper files.
Please make sure you have installed the NS7 II drivers from numark.com
and have the following Sound Setup ..
Inputs=None
Outputs=Headphones
Sound card=ASIO (Numark USB Audio) or 4out (Numark) for Mac OSX
Keep in mind that the Channels 2 and 3 of the NS7 II are offering decks 1 and 2 (Ch mixer order 3,1,2,4) so make sure the Source switchers of Chaneels 2 and 3 are on USB/PC position
