Sujet Virtual DJ 8 1828.682 Laggy Waveforms

Macbook Pro 2.4 i5 8GB OSX 10.9.3

I have a issue with the waveforms lagging when mousing over the library/browser and mousing over the songs in the automix list
This only happens when i am playing videos / (playing audio it is fine)

Can anyone help with this issue?
I have looked through the forums and have not located anything on this issue.
