My Numark Mixdeck installed itself in virtual dj 8 as a Vestax Spin, and it doesn't work at all.. is there something i can do? Maybe force virtual to re-recognize it, or uninstall the vestax controller (that i DON'T have) and force virtual to install my Mixdeck???????

Hmm thats a bit weird... Please do the following...
Open VirtualDJ 8 and goto Settings (Config)-->OPTIONS tab
Enable the "Shows Advanced Options" and set the setting createMidiLog to Yes
Close VirtualDJ 8
Make sure the Mixdeck is connected properly and the necessary drivers are installed
Launch VirtualDJ 8 and close it again (wont have to do anything)
Post here the content of the generated Report Log.txt file you will find in the VirtualDJ folder
What is the build number (xxxx.xxx) that you use ?
