Anyone know if its possible to setup VDJ to auto duck a microphone during voiceover.
Not normally a problem I just fade mic fade fader and talk but I now work with someone who does all mic work so automating this would now be easier and smoother for performances.
I use a Numark N4 to provide my mic input and VDJ control.

No, unfortunately there's no built in ducking. It's something which has been requested but never implemented.
What can be done though is some scripting to reduce deck volume by a fixed amount when a button is pressed (e.g. the mic on button).
