Mee too, I have my proper license of VDJ-8 PLUS, but I can't download any tool.
According to the link below, the PLUS version is entitled for skins, scripts, etc...
Could an administrator take a look at my account please?

You're downloading it from the v7 addons section. Try it from the v8 section:
