Sujet LE version, cross fader issue using an Ion DJ Live.

Hi,
I have an Ion DJ Live controller and am using the LE version of vdj7.
I have found that the cross fader stops moving over to the left deck when using the controller after a few mixes and have to use the mouse. Any ideas of causes/ fixes for this?
