i newly subscribed in video plan in content unlimited but the problem am having is that when am downloading a video and playing the other one the software it shows me the beachball and cannot control the software even though its the same in the pc version why is that happing and its really annoying and i have to restart the software again which is a problem,and the videos takes a lot of time which is not practical for me ,if i knew that before i wouldnt actually subscribed .thx

So you're playing one video, and also downloading another video at the same time?
Sounds to me as if your machine is underpowered.
Having said that, I wouldn't download anything while using my computer to DJ. Do your downloading at home, before you get to your gig.
