Will this be supported by VDJ7 and 8?

Natively supported in VirtualDJ 8.

Wont happen for version 7, same as all the new controllers after version 8 release.

A friend has one, works seamlessly on VDJ8, could do with some better default mappings though.

Yes, with VirtualDJ 8.
You will need to purchase a Pro Infinity, Pro subscription or a Plus license

I primarly user my Hercule Jogvision at home on my Desktop PC.
I seem to be having issues getting the VDJ 8.0 and my Jogvision to work with PC.
I gotten the Controller for all intents and purposes. Both channels work, jog wheels etc. I just cant seem to figure out how to get my headphones to
work so I can use it to cue tracks in my headphones while the other is playing.
Is there a default settings page for people using Desktop PC as opposed to a laptop.
p.s. I got it to work with the Jogvision as the main sound card out and using the headphone jack on the controller but the audio glitches badly.
I will free mid track and start playing again on both sides. This doesnt happen when I use the sound card on my desktop PC as the main audio output.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
To avoid glitches, I suggest you
1) make sure you use DJControl Jogvision ASIO, not WASAPI
2) check if the size of ASIO buffer you have set is not too small (the default 10ms should be OK, but you can reduce it)
3) plug the USB audio interface far from the USB plug of the mouse, if you can,
4) use a 44.1kHz or 48kHz audio resolution.
And if you are in Windows 7, select a Windows theme which is not aero.
Please precise what you mean as: I will free mid track and start playing again on both sides. This doesnt happen when I use the sound card on my desktop PC as the main audio output.

It will freeze midway through track and then start playing again on both decks.
This doesn't happen when I use the sound card on my desktop PC as the main audio output, it only glitches when I use the Hercules Controller as the main output for sound.
If I plug my power Desktop speakers into my sound card and use sound card config in Virtual DJ, its works fine, no glitches but I can't use my headphones.
I did realize that my sounds card is not 5.1 Surround card.
On my old Hercules RMX using Virtual DJ 6, I recall using a 5.1 Sound Card that I bought for my PC and using the multiple outputs in order to use my headphones.
Is the easy answer to just get a different internal or external sound card?
