Sujet American Audio VMS 4.1 - Meters only go 2 lights high to -30dB

As most posts say, everything was running well. Today my levels only go as high as -30dB. My headphones are working. Output is set to External Mixer. Card - American Audio VMS 4. Sound card for all channels VMS4 Audio MIDI Device. Ideas?

Resolved - Windows Volume Control for Speakers (USB or VMS 4) was set to 10, now set to 85. I feel better!
