Virtual DJ recognizes when I'm moving the crossfader and the channel volumes on the controller, but the songs stay at the same volume. I've even tried moving the crossfader and the channel volumes on the program with my mouse, and that doesn't work either, if my controller is plugged it. When my controller isn't plugged in though, the crossfader and the channel volumes do their job. Is something wrong with the controller or am I screwing up the config? I just got the controller, so I need to figure this out asap, so I can return it if need be. Also, I do have the most recent version of the program. 
Update: I finally figured it out on my own. To all the other noobs out there, check your cue mix. Mine was on CUE and once I set it to PGM, I got it to work.
