hi guys
is there a way of changing the back ground colour on the track playing progress bar in version 8 ?
in version 7 the back ground colour is grey and changes to red/blue as track plays
ide like this option in version 8 if its possible (failing eyesight O.A.P.dj here ) :)

You can change the colors of the songpos if you edit the <songpos> of the skin (xml file) and use the Monochrome value in Settings.

The syntax of the songpos element is <songpos deck="" colorPlayed="" colorBass="" colorMed="" colorHigh="">
deck is the deck number the element will apply to
colorPlayed set the color to display once the song has been played
colorBass set the color for the low frequencies
colorMed set the color for the medium (mid) frequencies
colorHigh set the color for the high frequencies
Note :. colorPlayed, colorBass, colorMed and colorHigh are optional (VirtualDJ will automatically use default colors if not define) and only used when coloredWaveforms is set to monochrome.

colorPlayed is used on all cases and it's an overlay of the entire progressbar (wave & background)
Rest colors are used only when waveforms are set to monochrome.
