Hi everyone, At three different gigs this past week end and the past couple of weekends my vdj out of no where just crashed and its always been during the gig, two of the times within a min or so vdj reopened on its own and i just had to restart a song. then on Sunday, vdj crash and l could not get vdj to reopen until i did a whole pc restart. I have never felt so worried to use vdj at a gig. is there something going on because on my end i have made no changes on my end not a thing. I have an alienware pc running s.1 build 2857.1116, I have the virtualdj pro infinity licenses so I dont know what to do but i cant keep going on with this crashing at every gig.

You have no crashes on file for that time, but you do have a couple of previous ones:
One is a crash in your ASIO device driver, and the other is a crash in your Intel display driver. For the Intel one, I'd recommend checking the driver version. If you're doing video you could try disabling DXVA in VDJ to disable the hardware acceleration.
If I were you I would set up as per the gig and try and replicate the issue. If you can do so whilst online then we can get a crash report and have a look.

Sounds like a video driver error.

As above, if your screen went black then it sounds like the crash was probably related to your video driver.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR ISSUE IS, BUT YOU CAN'T USE THIS SETUP AT A GIG.
It doesn't matter if it's software or hardware, you know it does not work, and praying or wishing does not cut in this business. You have to spend all of your time and energy finding a solution, before your next gig. If your mixer was cutting in and out, would you bring it to a gig.
I am not blaming you for the crash, but for continuing to use it, knowing that it does crash. You are right, this is way too much stress, because we have enough stress as it is. You need to hook up your rig, and try some of the suggestions, until you are confident with your equipment. If not, you have to find a backup that works. Good luck, and keep us abreast.
