There is no skin option in configuration for me. I have a ddjwego. The only option in the configuration is audio and licence tab. Please advice

If you're using a LE version of Virtual DJ (as your profile suggests) then it will have limitations. That's what LE means - Limited (as in basic) Edition.
It's really only there to enable use of the product out of the box. If you want full features then you need to buy a license. :-)
