Hi all, I hope someone can help me with this problem I am having. I recently purchased VD8 and installed it on a HP Elitebook with i7 and 8GB RAM. As far as I know I downloaded and installed all the right drivers from the HP-website. However, when I play the video on my external screen it stutters quite frequently. The image will freeze for a moment, then skip a bunch of frames before it continues to play in sync with the audio again. Meanwhile, the audio keeps playing uninterrupted.
If anyone has any idea on how I would go about fixing this issue I would of course really appreciate it.

The problem appears to have been solved after I lowered the resolution of the external display from full HD to HD. Strange, everything works fine outside of Virtual DJ in full HD as well. But it's ok for now, I can work with this.

check in the options if DXVA is turned on. most likely yes so try by turning it off. maybe it will work better.
