I am creating new Virtual Folders and they are indented and not left aligning with my existing V.Fs.
Stummped. How to I get them to align to the left?

If you have a Virtual Folder selected when you create a new Virtual Folder, then the new VF is subfolder of the main VF
In order to move outside, click on the new VF and drag it up/down, then move it towards left. Notice that the red line indicating the position changes.
This means the VF will not be a sub-folder anymore

Hmmm... can't get that to work. I'll grab either an indented Filter Folder or Virtual Folder and move it up or down where I'll see a grey line with a up arrow attached on it's left..
I can move the folder but moving it to the left has no red line and will not move to the left.
I do have a work around. If I select "This PC" (Windows 10) and then create the new folder, it appears at the bottom of the folders in the proper place non-indented.

UUH OHH... Work around is fine when creating a new folder. But now I buggered up things. I was moving a virtual folder and it became a sub to another. Now I can't move it back.
I can move it up or down, but then it just becomes a sub of another.
It used to work a few versions ago. I don't get it. No red line. I ca't move the indented folder to the left.

Maybe I got it. If I move the indented folder to the right, a helper window pops up that says "Reorder".
I do and it does. Resolved.
.But it's a little screwy operation. I'd like to see it operate as you describe.
Thanks,
Jimmy

Works for me as he describes, he being Norway.
It is a little touchy though but it does work on my end, both MacBook and PC.
