Recently I purchased a new laptop to use as a backup. I have Virtual DJ 8 Pro on it and a subscription to Content Unlimited (audio). When searching "Beyoncé" I am getting zero results. When I search Beyoncé without the quotes I only get results that feature her. I have tried chat support twice and they were not able to figure out what is happening either. Could this be a US thing? When chatting with support they were able to get a lot of results in Europe and Canada. They were waiting on responses from others in US when the chat screen froze and I had to exit. Anyone else with this exact issue? I have searched the forums and seen other issues but not this exact one.
Here are some screen shots of my settings and the different ways I've searched with their results.

Ok, I just tried this and got the same results that you did. Maybe, because her husband has a streaming service, they have removed her catalog off other streaming services. I don't know that for sure, but if you can't get Single Ladies from content unlimited, there has to be a reason. On the other hand, I am not looking for her hits, as I have bought them. Maybe there will be a clarification from the company.

Strange...
You may be on to something with the "US thing"
I'm in Denmark, and I've just tested with current public build (b3523), and are getting results for both "Halo" and "Single ladies"

You can't find Beyonce tracks on CU?
She's a major artist. Why have you not bought the tracks?
You say in your other post that you're prepared to pay for obscure tracks, but were searching CU for Bruno Mars and Justin Timberlake. Surely (IMO) you have that the wrong way around. As a working DJ you should be paying for the popular stuff (so that you definitely have them, not rented) and forgetting about the obscure ones.

In the last year or 2 content unlimited has been losing it's strength. Having been able to find songs that I didn't have and mainly in a tight spot. The end of last year I was able to find alot more songs then what currently comes up. I have a solid foundation of songs but there is always going to be songs that were popular that I don't have and wish there was a better way to guarantee I have these songs. I added 2 websites to my DJ laptop to purchase in a real pinch but that kills time.
I'm very surprised there is so little results with popular artists. How about rihanna only a couple dozen show up and a few are dupes. Though I look for her it's usually not the more popular tracks or if I'm at home rather than on the road with my pro unit which is in a storage unit and has the full collection. When I'm at home playing sometimes I want some songs I haven't yet transferred to my home pc. I really appreciate virtualdj having something like this but can't there be a better way. They even seemed to remove netsearch which I can deal with less quality songs in a pinch.
Don't know wish there was a solution, and it's been going on so much lately I have to consider maybe finally getting rid of the service which I would hate to do...
