Hi, I recently downloaded this app and tried to open it. Nothing opens up, not even an error message. Please help me with this issue. Thank you.

This sometimes happens to me - if you look in the task manager VDJ is running, but you do not get an window with the VDJ interface.
I just kill the task and tray again - it sometimes take two or three goes but it does launch in the end.
