I stream online using Virtual DJ, and one thing I notice is that when track information is shown on the stream information under "Now Playing:" Sometimes it double posts the Remix title since I have the remix title also in the track title field.

Instead of having to edit each individual track to remove the remix title out of the remix bracket, is there a faster and easier way to disable this function?
Edit: I found a temporary fix by just renaming all the remixes as "1" writing the tag, then backspacing it out. I'll have to do this every time I add new music to my library, so I would still appreciate a way to disable that field if possible.

how about setting the getremixwhileparsingfilenames set to NO ?

"Now playing" when Broadcasting ? Try the setting BroadcastSongInfoFormat (from VirtualDJ Settings->OPTIONS tab)
