Sujet Pioneer DDJ SX2 vs. Denon MC 7000

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Hello All. I am considering the purchase of the Pioneer DDJ SX2 or the Denon MC7000. They are both native to Serato. My question is - which one works better with the VDJ 8 Pro softtware, which I am a licensed user of. With each controller mapped to VDJ 8, which controller will I be able to utilize most of their controls and works better to provide a better performance. Please, I need unbiased answers. Basically I need to hear from DJs that have used both controllers with VDJ 8 Pro.
Thanks & Regards
Prof P

They are also both natively supported in VDJ, so the Serato thing is really just a gimmick
I suggest reading the 2 hardware manuals for the units, and see which layout you like the best

If you need good mic channels then get the Denon. The SX2 mic input is truly horrible.

I have the MCX8000 (which is the MC7000 with screens) and it's far better than the SX2 which I used previously.

I have an SX2 and the microphone works very well, it gives me good sound and I have never had problems.

And with virtual dj 8 I work excellent.

Does the Flip Mode on each unit work with VDJ 8.?
