Your subscription only allows you to use VDJ 8.
If you want VDJ 7 (I don't know why you would) then you need to buy a full Pro Infinity license.

As a none licensed user, you don't have access to any v7 version anymore

Vdj telling me my license exp what's going on I bought the full many years ago i'm a member long befor 2014 I been using Vdj the first week it came out I need this fix i'm no home user

If you've registered it to your account, you should still be able to find it under My Account / My Licenses.
It will be under Old Discontinued Products, which apparently are going to be removed soon.
The best thing to do IMO is to get yourself up to date - use VDJ 8 and buy a license.
