Sujet Phase metre on pioneer cdj2000nxs2 not working

Can anyone help as I can’t get my pioneer cdj2000nxs2 phase meter to work on screen when in midi mode?

Is it possible for them to work the hid on the system.

Wave forms fine and everything else works
