I went to open a .vix version of a track that I frequently used in VDJ 7, and it would not open at all in VDJ 8. Are there other file associations that no longer work under the VDJ 8 framework?

I dont know does this goes to download more audio/video and other codecs and installed this in VDJ 8.

Certainly was supported in VDJ version 6 but not sure if it has been carried over.
If any files are DRM encrypted then it will definitely be a no as that feature was removed in version 8.
