Hi,

Can anyone help please. I was looking to set up a slideshow and used to find everything I needed in the master effects. However after a reinstall of windows and VD8.2 I only find the following in the master effects pull down menu:
Backspin, Brakestart, Distortion etc... down to wahwah…. followed by auto start. I used to see sections where slideshow was in there...

Any help would be appreciated to get the old setting back or point to a new way of doing this

It's located in master video FX. Enable the video panel in your skin.
 
I think you may be looking in the wrong place
I think you may need to look on the video pane for video effects for things like slideshow
EDIT: kradcliffe was faster :)
 
Thank you both for the quick replies.
I am using default skin.
In the middle pane I see video and under the master output window and then deck a b (side by side) I see transition and video effect.
Is this where you mean or do I need to add something to settings?
I am not sure how to enable panels.

In its simplest form :
deck master effect_active "Name of The Effect"
