Hi,
I've recently installed VDJ to use for a school production- I need software that will autocue tracks and not continue playing to the next song. But I've come across a problem I can't solve, so I'm hoping this community can help!
I've tried sorting the files in the playlists, file explorer etc but couldn't get them to go in the correct order. I then edited the tracks through Documents to add a track number, and to change the file names so they began with 01, 02 etc instead of single digits. But I can't get them to update in VDJ! I've tried closing the programme, re-importing the tracks, but nothing works.
Help!
Thanks

Bad idea changing the name outside vdj and they get lost from the databass.
If you actually look at how the tracks are jumbled you'll see that they are ordered by something else, bpm or key or artist alphabetical,
The solution, right click the field headers and theres a option at the bottom to reset sort order.

Thank you. Unfortunately that option isn't on my VDJ, but while scrolling to the bottom I spotted 'file name' so I've used that instead of track title.
Problem solved- sort of!
