Sujet New PC not communicating my gemini g2v controller

Hi Dear, recently I purchase a new PC, downloaded my already license VDJ infinity. But I cant get PC and my Gemini G2V midi controller to communicate.Though it will work with old PC. Both PC's are windows 10. Please any ideas?

Did you remember to download the drivers etc onto your new PC?

Yes I have. I've tried reinstalling over and over and nothing. There is something on my mind though. I can't remember if my G2V came with its own license key.
