So I have my mc3000 just under a year. I get a new laptop and get it fully customized and everything set up. I go to do a warm-up set and I have no midi control. The DAC works in a basic mode. I did some extensive troubleshooting including new cables, spare power supply, and even reinstalling windows - I thought I broke something with all my customizations.
Turns out that did not help, I re-flashed the firmware and reinstalled the drivers. Then I fired up my old rig that hadn't been touched since my last set and I had the same issue. Denon support just told me to reinstall the drivers and I told them I had done all of the above and they have yet to reply to that after two weeks.
Has anyone run into this where they mc-3000 just stops working as a controller? This is very disappointing because when I bought this unit I was able to find spare parts and I could see the bad reviews were user error or personal preference. Now I can't find spare parts - like the logic boards. And Denon is ignoring me. So now I have to buy a new controller and license or risk the same issue with another mc-3000.

I get a midi drop out if after starting it I plug in my Akai apc mini. Then I have to turn the mc3000 off and on but that is quick. I don't know if other usb items have a similar effect.
