Sujet Sound cuts to one speaker when song loads in other deck

When I load a song in the non playing deck, the current song playing will stop playing from two speakers and just play from one. Is there a setting I can change so that this does not happen? I’m not using a controller. I’m just using a laptop for karaoke.
