tomorrow I will buy a new Pioneer CDJ 3000, will they work for me with VDJ? So far, I play video disco on CDJ 2000nxs2, for which I have purchased a VDJ license.

Why don't you look to see if they're listed under supported controllers, or in the mapping config area in VDJ?

No, they dont work at the moment. It has been announced just today and we have put that in our to-do list already, but no ETA for that.
