I broadcast music 24/7 with different playlists at different times and if one event is played it will never be played again next day at the same time. I must stop the scheduler and start it again so it starts "fresh" again, why?

Think is 24 hours currently, as you said yes.
But you can make it part of the event scheduler to restart itself.
Add a bottom entry at X interval that restarts the events you have scheduled, with the action : eventscheduler_start
Depends a bit on what logic you have at the entries you have made.
