I connect my laptop to the CDJ 2000 Nexus 2 with virtual dj software and I'm facing the problem with cue and pause when i press the play button track starting slowly playing it's sound like low tempo

Have you turned the start/stop knobs (on the right side above the jog) all the way to left ?

Thanks for replying ... I can't see anything on cdj start/stop knob

They are labeled "Vinyl Speed Adjust"
On the right side of CDJ, under Eject button, above Tempo Slider.
