No matter what set on "maximized" setting in Interface seccion (0, 1 or 2), windows taskbar (its set to hide) never show up when put my mouse on botton of screen.
Only show if I reduce the size a bit the interface.

Full screen is on top, but you could resize the view to be close to full screen as you say.
Think thats the way to get the taskbar on top, the fullscreen view being made to be just that .. full screen over taskbar
