Hello,
Is there a way to add a font border around a font defined in a video skin? I'd like to add a border with a width of 2 and a different color than the font color so that the text pops on screen. In other XML applications, there are font border and font bordercolor options, but when I edit the XML file of the video skin I'm using, the border weight and color are being ignored. Is this possible to do currently?
i.e. I'm trying something like this:
<font name="Helvetica" border="3" bordercolor="#000000" />
or like this:
<font name="Helvetica" border="3" bordercolor="#000000" />
<font border="3" bordercolor="#000000" />
To add a black border around my colored font text. But neither work.
Thanks,
Mark

There is no way to add a border/outline on a text in VirtualDJ skins.
For texts to be read properly, you could add some background color (solid or semi-transparent)

Perhaps you could fake it by using one smaller font on top of another slightly bigger one?
