That way it didn't work, my hot cues marks disappeared when I open it on another PC/Notebook...

I just tested here, exported a Playlist to a USB drive and files got copied and database.xml inside /VirtualDJ folder (which includes the Hotcues info).
However, if you plug the USB drive to a different computer, probably these are considered as "New Files" and therefore Hotcues may be read from Tags instead of database, if you have getCuesFromTags to "for new files". So, try to set this setting to the new computer to "No"
