vdj randomly freezing around 2 - 3hrs into a karaoke evening
so far i have tried 2 different vlt batteries with correct vlt chargers. tried different memory did SFC test. uninstalled the AMD Graphics Driver and reinstalled cant figure out the cause
i havent updated the vdj because i dont like or dont think i need or like the stems
Anyone got any idea's please or is there any settings that may not be set correctly

13 year old machine, as much as I'm up for keeping a machine doing its job, 13 years is pushing the boundary.

Your very old computer is overheating. The cpu and/or the graphics card probably have zero thermal paste left on the coolers. Take your machine apart and re-apply thermal paste to all of the components that were pasted from the factory. Clean off the surfaces 1st with alcohol and also clean your fans. It might fix the issue for a year or 2 before that ancient rig dies a proper death.

Probably wiser to take it to a professional computer service centre and let them do it. There will be a cost involved though, so maybe put that money towards a new PC instead.
