One of the great features of the Preview Player is that when I've got my mouse hovered over it, my scroll wheel will jog forward or backward through the track being previewed.
I'm wondering if there's a way to simulate my mouse hovering over the Preview Player.
In other words, if my mouse is over the File List, I'd love to be able to press a key - such as CTRL or ALT - and my scroll wheel will Jog the Preview Player instead of scrolling through the contents of the File List.

Can be done, a panel not visible, positioned same co-ords as browser, button with scroll action prelisten_pos, dimensions of the browser. Your keyboard key calls the panel visible while_pressed
When I say visible here I don't mean human sight, there's nothing to see, I mean visible to the mouse.

yep a skin modification, a depends on the skin you're using as to how easy it will be, if you're using projX slider it will be difficult, most other skins it should be straight forward.
