Is there any way to allow VDJ to create m3u files if someone enables legacy support? It would be awfully nice to have that option again.

Yes that shows it visibly, however you can't do things like right click > create anymore.

You can right click a list and export it to a m3u file

It's not the export functionality that I am not mentioning here, it's the ability to create an empty m3u list directly in the UI. That is no longer available with the recent changes.

No, creating new m3u files has deliberately been removed in VDJ2024 to only have one list type
So now VDJ reads existing ones, and it also creates copies of lists to m3us if you set that in the settings

Actually forgot about this, but using 'create local list' on the 'M3U Playlists' root folder already creates a new playlist.

I just realized that was available on the Virtual DJ > Playlists folder. I do wish it was added on the M3U Playlists "module" but at least something is there. :)
