Im trying to figure out what midi controller I can use with my version of virtual dj and my Numark mixtrack platinum fx controller that I bought. I dont wanna have to purchase another vdj license though. I found this ine but how do I go about mapping it? Does it just plug and play? Akai LPD8-MK2 Laptop Pad Controller

Akai LPD8-MK2 is natively mapped but,
the saving of only going for a home plus licence with your main device has now become a cost, $49+tax for a home plus LPD8-MK2 licence.
If you're going down the auxiliary controller route, it's likely you're pretty decided on sticking with vdj, so a full pro licence is probably the smarter choice.
$300 might sting but don't think of it as $300 to get LPD8-MK2 working, think of it as $300 so you can plug almost any device in and not even think about any further licencing cost.

Ok im not looking into getting that version because I dont really make alot if money like you guys with the software. I mainly do it as a hobby.
