Dear VDJ community,
I'm playing with a Numark PartyMix controller and it seems like my crossfader sends the wrong values to VDJ. When I move the crossfader to the left, the value is 0.98 instead of 0.00. It's 0.99 in the middle and 1.0 on the right. How can I re-calibrate the crossfader / sync the actual knob position with VDJ?

From what you've said it sounds like a HW fault you can check this external to vdj with

is there a case for "advanced" mapping info? reporting CH, NOTE/CC, VALUE,
it would help those [few] that map theirself. Bonus feature you could call a better* [a mapper's mapping window] window layout.
*While I understand the changes to mapping window for the average user [over the last couple of years], for the advanced user it was a downgrade.
