Hello everyone! I'm trying to deal with the problem, namely the program automatically changes the song name and artist to the title - "TPE1" and artist - "TYER", some titles match the songs, but some automatically change the name and artist to the previously mentioned values. The problem is that in the properties of these files the name and artist match. It is possible that the program cannot read this data?

Looks like the TAGS of your music file are not ok.
Rather than looking at file's properties, look at Tag editor in VDJ and look at what you get.
You probably need to re-tag your library. Personally, I'm found of SongKong, but it's not freeware.
