Sujet: Adding files

If I have an existing folder on machine A containing say 50 songs and I have the same folder on machine B containing the same 50 songs plus a few more, If I copy this folder to machine A and overwrite existing folder will the atomixmp3 datafile keep the cue points on the original 50 songs?
