Hello I have atomixmp3 and I get no sounds when I try to play a song in mp3 format or otherwise. I emailed you guys awhile back about this and you never really returned my mail. I get sound for the "quick start" guide but thats it. My sound card is a Crystal Audio model CX4235 and my comp is a 350 PII MMX with 64 megs of RAM. I checked the sound config and no card was picked but some friends of mine had sound without cards picked either. I tried picking the primary sound driver which didnt help. Also, I tried picking the card Specifically to no avail. Any ideas?

I also have the same problem.. I have a crystal audio mixer too,... And when I load a song,, I get no sound..

The software might be poetentially great, but it's only as good as the customer service. Getting no sound would be high priority, which is what I am having. I should not have upgraded to the next software. I have not problems, and it's still alright when I use just the hercules version.
But the newest professional version is doo doo.
