Simply sets extra cue points.
If you hit cue1 at 30 seconds into a song, cue2 at 1 minute, cue3 at 1:30 etc. Then when you press goto1 it will go to 30 seconds into the song (where you hit cue1), goto2 will go to 1 minute into the song etc.
