Thank you for assigning my topic to an analyst.
I was able to rectify the problem of "skipping and repeating".
The music played using VDJ by simply Rebooting my Desktop!
So all I need help with is how to transfer the program to my Laptop,
Which has no internet accsess.
I'll be using my portable Laptop to DJ music using VDJ.
I made a back up copy of VDJ.
So far I get an error message:
"Protection Error7"
What does this mean and how can it be fixed?
Also, is it possible to back up the program on my external hard drive so as to protect it from loss in case of pc crash?
I was happy with the Trial Version and
I can hardly wait to start using the full version of VDJ!

I don't think it's possible mate to upload vdj to your pc without an internet connection. Maybe the whizzes at eservice can do something for you, but certainly (in my experience) it's not possible to upload without internet.
I suppose if you had a router with which you could split your net connection between your pc and your lappie then that would work, but if your lappie doesn't and won't go on the net, then i'm afraid i can't help you.
You can make a back up of your program by copying your VDJ.exe to a disk and storing it that way. That's what i do. Everytime another update comes out, i make another copy of the disk with the main .exe on it and the updates that have been issued. That way, if you have any problems, you can reboot at a later stage...:o)
