Wondering if there is a way using the Hercules DJ console, not MKII, to listen to both tracks through my headphones together. Right now i can switch between deck A and B, but is there a way to Listen to both A/B together. In other words, allow the Green button to be depressed on both decks.

Have the main output from the Dj Console going to the mixer, then take the headphone output from HDJC to the mixer on a different channel. Have your headphones plugged into the mixer. Then you can listen to as many channels as you want.
Works on mine (Studio Master Power Hose Horizon 1208).

you also need to have the ful version of vdj or if you do in one of the updated sikn just move the headphone vol all the way to the right that's it.

Get a skin with the HEADPHONE MIX slider, or make a shortcut for headphone mix
And you will be able to listen to both decks at one time :)
