I am using Hercules DJ Console and when I try to preview the next song using headphones, I get no sound in the headphones. In the Hercules control panel, I have properly selected monitor port (3-4) for headphone.
If I select port 1-2, I can hear the sound in headphones but that is of no use because this is the same sound as on external speakers.
Anyone seen this before?

I think you have to hold down the button for prelistening.

in the full version you do not have to press the button for prelisten (only the console version has this limitation)
your soundcard setup must be wrong, if it doesnt work
choose the console image in soundcard setup
