Hey, Im completely new to this. When I try to open my new Virtual DJ 3.4, it says it will search for updates but it says I can disable this in the CONFIG menu. Well, thats all thats happens. I cannot find any CONFIG menu and no programme loads up! I really dont know what I can do about it, I ve re-downloaded the programme but that doesnt seem to help either! Does someone know what to do? I would be extremely grateful!

Try uninstalling your current version from Add/Remove programs in control panel and then install 3.4. If that doesn't work, after uninstalling your current version delete virtual DJ folder from c:\programs files, but back up your database and shortcuts first and then reinstall 3.4.
