Sujet BPM Edit button

Okay there is a button you can click, BPM which the instructions indicate allow you to adjust bpm values. If you click on it (in Dj Mixstation 3) you have 3 tabs. One tab is edit "automix" which itself has 3 options. I don't really see any instructions in the manual that explain how use these options. Can someone explain them here?? Thanks.
