I am trying the demo. I am wanting to purchase virtual dj to use as a VJ....... My Rackmount computer is an amd 3.0 ghz with 1.5 gig of ram. I have a nvidea 5700 video card in it, and it will use hardware acceleraton. is there a reason. I also have a 5600 on another machine that will not use it.
So far the only machine that will work with virtual dj is my server, it has a nvidea 6800, but I dont want to use it as a show machine.
On the machines, I can get video without hardware acceleration, but it is way too slow. any suggestions????

For video you can use 6800. 5700 is way too slow. And you must use hardware acceleration (only then your video card is rendering video), when you turn it off video rendering is done by your CPU so that's why it is slow.
